- Provide support for contract and licencing ticketing queues, ensuring the smooth progression of software requests.
- Manage the workflow related to contracts and licences.
- Facilitate appropriate budget sign-off for contract renewals and new contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract and licencing documentation remains up to date and is executed correctly.
- Facilitate and track communication with Supplier Managers, Privacy Managers, IT Security, and Legal teams regarding queries.
