Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Answer all general incoming calls and transfer them accordingly.
• Deal with incoming enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with Estimating and Key Account Managers to provide customers with accurate and timely quotations.
• Post follow-up on quotations to ensure comprehensive customer service.
• Raise sales orders and expedite them efficiently.
• Liaise with production to ensure on-time deliveries are met.
• Raise the daily "Standard's despatch list."
• Link delivery manifests for streamlined operations.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Maintain a calm and professional manner with a good sense of humor.
• Positive "can do" attitude, coupled with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work extended and/or unsocial hours as per the requirements of the role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Some Microsoft Office skills/experience (Outlook, Word, Excel); training will be provided.
• Navision experience is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
