The Recruitment team works alongside the business providing a full recruitment service. The Recruitment Department acts as a single point of contact for all recruitment transactions and queries. Providing robust auditable working practices and delivering maximum service delivery and accuracy to customers throughout the UK business.
As a Senior Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment process within our organisation. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment journey. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, as well as a passion for talent acquisition.
Key accountabilities
- Providing excellent customer service, guidance, and support to internal and external customers.
- Processing all recruitment transactional activities contract queries, offer paperwork and creation of contracts through workday, references and new hire paperwork
- Working with the Recruitment team to manage the response for high volume roles e.g., Early talent, Customer Service agent roles.
Interview Coordination:
- Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details.
- Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews.
- Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity
Candidate Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status.

- Maintain and update the workday applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Raise offers letters and contracts & new starter data input for candidates
- Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees.
- Taking ownership for and handling non-standard recruitment requests or issues; escalate if appropriate.
- Accurately working within agreed SLA's on a right first time basis.
- To work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensuring appropriate records are kept and enabling accurate reporting.
- Embrace and promote recruitment department and wider HR initiatives and personal development.
- Supporting the recruitment team in driving departmental change and innovation
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls - driving efficiency and corrective action as required.
