My fantastic client based in Gloucester is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team. Using your expertise to drive efficiency, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to our organisational success. If you have had experience within senior administration and love working in a team environment, this role is great for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Complete due diligence checks on new providers of residential care and supported accommodation of younger people, this will include monitoring the quality of providers.
- You will work with other Senior Administrators, undertaking the checking process.
- You will be completing checks on providers, checking references, policies, and reports.
- Complete quality assurance checks and investigations where concerns about providers are raised.
- Completing reports and managing and storing information gathered.
- Monitor the quality of providers through monthly reports and ensuring annual audits are completed.
- Undertaking visits to providers to check quality and investigate concerns about care being provided.
- Ensuring trackers and spreadsheets are kept up to date to monitor and track progress.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Senior administration experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Be able to prioritise workloads.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
