This is a newly created role working in a fun, but busy environment, where no 2 days are the same. This role involves printing out orders on a daily basis ensuring they are ready for despatch. You will be willing to cover in the warehouse if required (during busy times only). You will need reasonable IT skills and a confident telephone manner., ideally knowledge of working on a Mac. A flexible, willing approach is essential - a real "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
Working Mon to Fri (20 hours per week). Ideally working on a temp to perm basis so a quick start is required.
Main responsibilities will cover :
- Printing out daily orders to ensure they are ready for despatch
- Helping out in the warehouse environment as and when required
Assisting with the following:
- Daily order processing
- Relaying information between clients, couriers, hauliers and the warehouse team daily to ensure clients fulfillment needs are met including emergency orders / despatch
- Answering overflow incoming calls from clients, warehouse team, couriers, hauliers and managing director.
- Responding to customer enquiries and emails as needed
