- Maintaining and updating accurate data records.
- Transfering data on to different spreadsheets.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborating with the Secretarial & Business Support team to optimise data systems.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
- Using software tools to manage data effectively.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
