Salary: 12.96per hour
Pertemps Dundee are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known Public Sector organisation, for a full-time Administrator to start immediate temporary contract. The office is based in Forfar, working hours 08:45-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background with experience in dealing with highly sensitive information, excellent communication and customer service skills, will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Minute taking skills would be advantageous but client is happy to train the successful candidate to minute complex meetings.
As Administrator (Level 2) you will contribute the delivery of a comprehensive business support service by undertaking a range of business support duties which will typically include the following:
- Monitor mailbox and deal with requests
- Answer phones for the team
- Take notes and/or Minute meetings over teams or face to face meetings
- Distribute reports/minutes with covering letter
- Handle sensitive information requires particular attention to GDPR
- Assist the clear out/archiving of files
- Use of Microsoft packages
- Use of Eclipse package to update and upload information
- Issue and recording of Petty cash
- Process F9's for payments
- Process invoices
- Assist in creating and amending processes for the team
- Involved in team meetings
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent minute taking skills or be willing to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive information
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Fast typing Speed
- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Adaptable to change
- Experience of dealing with the public
