Administrator Responsibilities
As the Administrator some of your duties will include:
- Creating documents to ensure health and safety, risk assessments and all compliance is ensured
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a task tracker to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Undertake customer surveys
- Create and sending invoices
- Inbox management
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as required

n Microsoft Excel skills – formulas and pivot tables highly desirable/prioritised although full training will be provided.
n Excellent telephone and email manner
n Customer Service focused.
n Ability to identify and solve or escalate problems.
n Ability to identify customers’ needs.
n Willing to go the extra mile to deal with a difficult situation.
n Ability to prioritise issues, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
n Strong attention to detail is essential, as is being a team player.
Location
Our client’s office is based in East Oxford, OX4, with free parking onsite, and a local bus route. Working hours are 8.30-4.30, with 30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak. This is a fully office-based role, with the potential to go hybrid once you are settled into the role.
