Administrator - Admin and Stock Integrity
Summary
GBP12,250 up to GBP16,500 per annum (pro rata) 20 hours per week - This isn't an ordinary job. This is an extraordinary experience.
We are looking to recruit a proactive, organised, and reliable Administrator to join our Admin & Stock Integrity Team within Supply Chain.
Working as part of team, you will be liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure all information and stock volumes are updated and accurate on our systems to guarantee best availability in store for our customers.
What you'll do
- Processing and booking of Store and Warehouse Inventories
- Printing Price Cards for all stores and sending via the internal Post
- Complete analysis on daily stock corrections actioned by Stores
- Complete daily warehouse form bookings and corrections.
- Process daily bookings for store and warehouse price changes
- General administration and other duties as requested by management
What you'll need
- Office experience and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Outstanding organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
- An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
- Have an analytical mindset
- Adaptability and a knack for beating deadlines
- Able to perform administrative duties effortlessly
