£14.87 per hour - Umbrella
Contract - Full Time
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To provide support across the Special Educational Needs and Disability Service
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of policy and procedures within the service areas of SEN & disability in order to advise:
- schools,
- early years settings
- post 16 providers
- Parents
- Young people
- other stakeholders
- To be a first point of contact for schools and parents with enquiries relating to the service area and to respond appropriately
- To support managers in the organisation of meetings, including the distribution of related information, taking minutes and following up actions.
- To respond to enquiries and requests for information from internal and external sources in a timely and responsive manner, with regard to data protection procedures
- To undertake a range of administrative and financial duties including reports and schedules, word processing and IT based tasks.
