Main Tasks of Job:
1.Data Entry
2.Customer Services
3.Arrange invoice re-bills
4.Acquire site supporting information/documentation
5.Maintain, update, create reports
6.Cover reception duties
Previous experience working in a customer service role with administration tasks would be beneficial
You should be smartly presented with excellent communication skills. Good IT Skills are essential particularly Excel / Spreadsheets you will use on a daily basis
Salary is 24,750 lovely working environment, free parking
Hours Mon - Fri 9am - 4.30pm with a half hour lunch
Holidays are 33 days (incl BHs), with 1 additional day for each year worked up to 5 days additional, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year also
