Administrator Portsmouth 12.00 per hour

Join our client's dynamic and inclusive team as an Administrator and play a vital role in their successful Cross Sales department. This is an ongoing temporary position with a pay rate of 12.00 per hour. If you're looking for a full-time opportunity with a lively and engaging work environment, then this is the job for you!

As an Administrator, you will work closely with the Head of Cross Sales and Cross Sales Marketing Manager to identify data sets for various marketing activities. You will be responsible for raising data requests, ensuring correct formatting for efficient uploading into our marketing delivery software, and monitoring member responses from marketing campaigns.

This role also includes preparing contact data sets for telephone sales campaigns, refining existing campaigns, and supporting the telephony system to drive enhanced team performance and productivity. Additionally, you will provide feedback on the performance of the sales specialists and maintain accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work collaboratively with the Cross Sales team. You should be enthusiastic, proactive, and, above all, a great team player. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change are also key for this position.
