Your new company
Our client is a well-established company within the engineering industry. They are seeking an Administrator to provide support for the team for approximately 12 weeks. This role is being offered as a full-time position for 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9-5, my client is willing to have some flexibility for the right candidate.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you will help to maintain computerised and manual filing systems, retrieving information as requested, and ensuring that information is kept up to date. This will include creation of databases and spreadsheets as appropriate, as well as provision of information and reports as required. You will be responsible for maintaining supplies of stationary and other consumables and be required to complete any other general admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you\'ll need to succeed
* Some administration experience or transferrable skills form a similar role.
* Strong communication and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
* Be reliable and have good time management skills to work to deadlines.
* Have a calm manner and be able to work under pressure and against changing demands.
