The role
In this newly created position of Administrator in the Complaints and Customer Care Team you will be part of a high performing, results driven team where you will deliver outcomes to the highest level of performance, and standard of service.
You will provide the day-to-day administrative functions and support, such as processing compensation payments, system administration, tasks, emails, and the issue of letters.
We would also consider part time / job share applications
This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
What you'll achieve
In this role you will be responsible for general office administration and supporting the team with routine tasks, including compensation payments, regulatory extension letters, acknowledgement letters and the centralised mailboxes.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Undertaking concise meeting minutes where required
- Arranging team meetings, organising meeting facilities and preparing agendas
- Ordering of goods and services by purchase order, as directed
- Manage contacts through multiple channels including social media, Trust Piot, Telephone, emails, and letter.
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensure activities meet regulatory requirements,
- Data reporting as and when required
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role of Administrator you will need:
Essential skills
- Exceptional diligence and accuracy
- Good numeracy, literacy skills including note taking
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to interpret basic data reports
- Good customer communication skills
- Previous experience of office administration
