```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the team and management
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records
- Schedule appointments and diary management of company retrofit assessors
- Compliance checking of completed retrofit assessments
-Update and completion of company spreadsheets and CRM's
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience with compliance and administration in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use a PDF editor tools such as Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles is a plus
