Our client is currently recruiting for an Administrator, pay 11.00ph- 14.00ph, start ASAP, duration is for 3 months with the possibility of being extended, hours Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week, this is a hybrid/remote working role. Location- Canary Wharf.
The duties include:
- Answering calls via the switchboard.
- Recording customer information ensuring high level of accuracy.
- Monitoring and triaging incoming correspondence across mailboxes.
- Performing and responding to routine checks of local databases.
- Logging team activity on spreadsheets.
- Issuing letters.
- Performing routine tasks, such as creating new cases and uploading documents.
