We are a fast-growing kitchen design brand. We plan, manufacture and install modern, design-focussed kitchens within London and the surrounding areas. We are a small company with plans to grow aggressively in the coming few years.
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in a fast-growing kitchen design studio environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative operations and contribute to the successful growth of the company.
Duties:
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Utilise CRM for various administrative functions
- Type and computerise documents accurately
- Manage financial records using Xero software
- Provide general office support
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
- Assist with organising client meetings and appointments
- Maintain excellent customer communications
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in clerical tasks and administrative duties
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
