Administration Auditor
Location: Hybrid working. 3 days a week in the Basingstoke office and two days home working.
Salary: £22,308

Role: Full time/Permanent.

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

We have a position available for an Auditor to join a friendly and professional team in Basingstoke. Full training will be given. If you have a keen eye for detail this could be the role for you.
The purpose of the role is to conduct compliance checks and audits on company files.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Carry out the auditing of files to ensure compliance with company standards
• Ensure all relevant forms are within the correct folders
• Ensure that the compliance policy is adhered to at all times
• Ensure relevant data protection rules are adhered to
• Resolve compliance difficulties as they arise
• Undertake all relevant training when required
• Liaise with Management at all levels to ensure the relevant compliance figures and reports are correct and distributed
• Ensure all external audits are passed to a high standard including ISO accreditation's
• To convey non-compliance in a professional, confident, and diplomatic manner without prejudice or blame
