Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Pay: £11 per hour
Contract ongoing
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00
Location - Newcastle
Main Duties include:
- You will receive and log calls and emails.
- You will ensure all calls and emails are logged and processed efficiently on the correct platform in line with company process.
- You will effectively manage work instructions received via the Service Desk.
- You will acknowledge receipt of work instructions utilising the agreed processes.
- You will communicate with clients on estimated work commencement dates, and keep them updated so that they are fully briefed as to when work will be carried out and reasons for changes to planned timescales when appropriate.
- You will undertake any other reasonable request.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email etc.)
- Excellent telephone manner, being polite and courteous at all times
- A team player who is able to confidently interact with others, but who is also able to work independently
- Logical thinker with good organisation and administration skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
