We are seeking an Administrator / Operations Support Coordinator to join our team! As part of this role, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dynamics 365 Management:
- Monitor and address the changing requirements of the Dynamics 365 system, collaborating with the team and IT for development.
- Update the system with work request cancellations and purchase orders.
2. Analytical Duties:
- Generate monthly performance reports for business reviews using automated tools and Excel input.
3. Commercial Responsibilities:
- Track weekly project costs and earned revenue values.
- Record 'work in progress' revenue on active project tasks.
- Assist in chasing aged debt and perform checks on monthly invoicing.
4. Supply Chain/Purchasing:
- Process and order materials for the company.
- Compare and contrast supplier offerings for optimal benefits.
- Conduct regular stock level evaluations and update management data sheets in collaboration with the stores person.
5. General/Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Assist the team with Excel queries, including formulas.
- Create and update process maps and flows as processes develop, using tools like Visio.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00
Salary: £12-£15 per hour (depending on experience)
