A long-established Wealth Management firm in the Chester area are looking to expand their Admin team due to recent hires in Paraplanning and Advising, meaning the need is there for more Administrators to support.

Ideally this would be someone who has already worked within an IFA firm, however, there can be some flexibility if individuals have come from Pensions or Mortgages as these are products that you will be managing.

Overview:

- Expected to process new business as well as service existing client accounts

- Handling internal policy enquiries

- A mix of telephone and administrative duties

- General admin support such as introducing clients, taking meeting notes and system updates

Financials / Benefits:

- £25-30K basic depending on experience

- 20 days holiday + bank holiday (increasing 1 day per year)

- Annual pay reviews

- 9am - 5:30pm with some flexibility when needed

- Group Pension

- Financial support for exams including study days provided
