Our client, a leading in manufacturing innovative medical solutions is seeking an Order Entry Advisor to join their team.
As an Order Entry Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customers' orders.
Pay: £12ph
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Temp for up to 8 weeks
Based in Chester on the Business Park so easily accessible via public transport or to park for free
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter information into our systems, including matching serial numbers and identifying discrepancies.
- Programme stock following a straightforward process (full training will be provided).
- Pick relevant orders from incoming stock.
- Count faulty units ready to be sent to the Philippines.
- Follow key processes to ensure the smooth processing of customers' orders.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed our service levels.
Requirements:
- Ideally, candidates with an operational or logistics background will be preferred.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new processes and systems.
