Hours: Full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 remote
Salary: £25,480

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful community organisation based in Lewisham to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis, initially for 3-6 months but with the potential to extend.
About the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the Giving Team coordinators and projects through effective administration as well as engaging with local charities and businesses to support their engagement with giving projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively support staff team with project administration
- Keep relevant databases up to date and in good order
- Proactively contribute to ensuring up to date customer information for volunteers, local community groups and local businesses
- Respond to queries from customers in a timely manner
- Any other relevant administrative responsibilities as required
About you:
You will be an experienced administrator who is used to working in a busy office environment. A self-starter, you will be able to work on your own initiative and manage and prioritise your own workload. Ideally, you will have marketing, communications or sales experience. We are looking for an excellent communicator with impeccable IT skills.
