Responsibilities:
As Client Account Administrator specialising in the retail sector, you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail sector. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to identify their specific market research requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their objectives.
- Solution Presentation: Present comprehensive market research proposals and reports to clients, showcasing the value and insights our services can provide.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of market research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Drive revenue growth through proactive account management.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the retail sector to provide strategic insights to clients.
