Our client who is a well-established waste management company based in Lincoln currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team as soon as possible!
The role is due to start on Monday 8th January and will be a temporary role to help with an increase in workload. The position is currently estimated to last until the end of February however, this does have the potential to be extended.
The working hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of 10.42 per hour.
Duties of the role will include: -
Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries
Providing administrative support to the Depot
Raising and receipting purchase orders
Supporting depot with meeting and exceeding KPI's
Completing driver debriefs at the end of their shift
Providing additional assistance in other areas when required
In order to be considered for the role the successful candidate should have good IT/computer skills, good communication skills and previous administration experience. Waste industry experience would also be beneficial but is not an essential requirement.
