The Role
Your role will be to seek out new business opportunities from industries such as Construction, Hospitality, Sporting and Fashion. Selling a vast portfolio of Marketing Agency services and digital solutions to both SMEs and Enterprise level clients.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work as part of a highly motivated team focused on new account acquisition. You will be a master of lead generation, enjoy attending events and networking opportunities and advocate to brands that we are the leading Creative Content agency to solve the complexities associated with content creation at scale.
A large part of your day will involve lead generation and prospecting to create qualified opportunities that can be transitioned through the early stages of the client lifecycle. This includes pitching and selling our services, negotiating, and ultimately closing the deal, and onboarding the client.

Role Requirements
Have a minimum of 3 years extensive experience in driving new business acquisition.
Experience in the creative industry, media, commercial and marketing spheres is desirable, with a proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise brands, preferably in a dynamic and creative agency environment.
