Area Sales Manager
Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Heavyside Construction Products:
Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable technical support team you will have responsibility for growing sales of render systems and insulation to developers, house builders, sub-contractors, applicators in the West Midlands and north west England.
Responsibilities of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Heavyside Construction Products:
- Build relationships and network at multiple levels within customers including contracts managers, site managers and procurement
- Win business from new applicators
- Use Glenigans and internal leads to win specifications
- Provide customer technical support
- Ensure specifications are converted into sales with developers and registered applicators

- Must have sold technical building products to building contractors at site level
- New Business Development
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Resilient, tenacious, hungry and dynamic
