UPTO £47,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + PROGRESSION

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a service provider to the private health care industry.
Our client are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their fast growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working closely within the Private Healthcare industry, be able to build and maintain strong relationships and drive revenue growth.

THE ROLE:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and Private Healthcare sectors.


• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and market trends within the Private Healthcare sector.


• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to create a robust sales pipeline.


• Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn.


• Book in appointments with potential clients.


• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

THE PERSON:

• Must have experience working within the healthcare / private health care provider industry


• Experience within an Operations Manager, Operations Management, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Centre Manager, Translation, Interpretation Sales or similar role.


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives and healthcare professionals.


• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
