Purpose and reason of the role:
This role is a brand-new role, the company require a new employee to join the business on a full-time permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support the Hygiene Compliance Manager with administrative, data entry and internal processes. They are looking for someone who is eager, hard-working, and reliable.
Key responsibilities:
- Support to the Hygiene manager on all administrative tasks on site at Stockport
- Review cleaning and hygiene documentation with regards to Pest, Cleaning and Waste
- Analyse data relating to the performance of cleaning staff
- Place orders for the site
- Engage with suppliers and chase orders, support with servicing and arrange repairs for equipment
- Review spends with teams and discuss opportunity for saving and budget control
- Discuss opportunities for new equipment and testing of this for suitability on site and submit the findings for review with your manager
- Experience of working in a busy administrative role
- Efficient on Microsoft office
- Understanding of Food Manufacturing legislations (advantageous)
- Hold a UK driving license (advantageous)
- Personable and confident individual
- Efficient at making decisions
- Experience of presenting and leading presentations
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Works well under pressure
