Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our services include Ecological, Vegetation Clearance, Invasive Weed, Tree Protection, Site Hoarding and Security Fencing we also undertake all other aspects of site enablement.

We are looking to recruit:

An Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Assist with price/forecast the cost of different materials needed for projects
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Write reports
• Keeping up to date with early warnings and compensation events
• Creating accurate WIP figures

Skills needed for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:

• A BTEC in Building Studies, Building Engineering or Building Management or an HNC/HND/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Strong maths knowledge
• Excellent organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of building and construction

Package on offer for Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:

• £28K to £35K depending on experience
• Company Pension
• 28 days paid holiday
