This role is based in Cumbria with the flexibility of hybrid working.
About the role…
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Drug, Alcohol, Recovery and Treatment team at HMP Haverigg, Cumbria. You will provide a range of general administrative support to the drug and alcohol service, ensuring the service is able to operate efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors to the service and coordinate timely responses to enquiries made via telephone, email, text, and website. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the DART Team with all administrative tasks.
- Support the DART team with release planning for prisoners, will include face-to-face meetings.
About you
- Good administrative skills
- Great communication
- Good knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to collate and disseminate information
