We’re currently looking for an Administrator to join the team during an exciting period of continued growth. As a non-profit organisation our purpose is Working Together for a Cleaner Safer Environment.

Responsibilities

• Process relevant certification paperwork for applications and renewals; Perform office work and clerical procedures; Manage administrative and certification responsibilities supporting all business sectors.
• Payment schedules and registration schemes
• Processes for applications and renewals that adhere to scheme standards.
• Provide data on company performance from the database and registers.
• Make suggestions for enhancements to the schemes and database wherever feasible.

About you

• A strong Math and English background.
• Accurate administrative skills and experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment are also needed.
• Sales and communication abilities to promote programmes and the company's activities.
• Show that you have good time management.
