FINANCIAL PLANNING SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
LOCTAION : CHESTER
SALARY : UP TO 28,000
NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a firm of Independent Financial Planners in Chester who now have an opportunity for an Administrator to provide direct support to a team of Financial Planners.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working within an IFA practice and be keen to develop and progress towards paraplanning in time

The role Key Responsibilities include
" New business processing (investments, pensions, mortgages & life)
" Valuations
" Client servicing, e.g., switches, rebalance, withdrawals etc
" Dealing with policy enquiries
" Telephone and reception duties as required
" General Admin support including call handling, post, typing, meeting and greeting clients
Those applying for the role should an individual who is conscientious and demonstrates strong attention to detail. You have previous experience of working within an Independent Financial Adviser practice and should have proven organisation skills as well as being methodical.
Those offering experience of IO (Intelliflo) would be an advantage along with the usual experience of some of the following platforms: Abrdn; Aviva and Aegon
