Role: Administrator
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 Per Annum
About the role:
As Administrator, your duties will be:
- Manage calls, appointments, and diaries for Engineers and Directors.
- Maintain both paper and electronic departmental records.
- Handle purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and manage invoices.
- Generate quotations, risk assessments, and order acknowledgements.
- Assist with drafting and sending correspondence on behalf of Directors and Office Manager.
- Oversee engineer job sheets and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with the Office and Finance Managers on invoicing administration.
- Take charge of office stock control for supplies.
