Exciting Opportunity! With ongoing expansion and an increased workload, my client is looking to add an experienced Administrator into the team.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule, working in-office one day a week and remotely for the remainder. The role involves supporting the Services Manager in delivering exceptional customer service to various companies across the UK.

Main duties as an Administrator
- General administration duties
- Order processing
- Invoicing completed work
- Updating and maintain the Rental asset register (Excel)
- Updating and maintain the Installation stock register (Excel)
- Providing updated project trackers for end customers
- Checking of the internal portal for planned site Engineer visits
- Carry out a monthly stock take for all equipment with Installation Engineers.
Knowledge and Experience
- Must be methodical
- Able to prioritise their workload
- Able to stay focused in a busy environment
- Professional telephone manner
- The successful candidate will be IT literate, numerate and will want to be part of a team
- Experience with invoicing is required
- Experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and databases is essential.
