My public sector client based in Gloucester is looking for an administrator, to support their Business Services Department. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £11.55 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, the role is also currently working on a very flexible hybrid model. Please note there is free parking onsite.
Your main responsibilities for this role will be to provide support to the Team Leaders by accurately entering details on to a database, reviewing records and information to validate data and applications. Checking with assessments before progressing applications to dispatch stage. Preparing records for scanning and disposal.
You will also be required to respond to routine letters and email enquiries and also some telephone enquiries.
There will also be a requirement for you to assist with preparing reports/dispatch notes and parcels ready for courier collection, you may also have to pack consignments and track delivery schedules. Please not some heavy lifting may be required.
This is a process driven role, so attention to detail is key. You must also have great communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You should also be IT literate and be able to use MS applications and data bases (although training will be given).
This role will require SC clearance to be in place before starting, but the client has a fast track process so this will take no longer than 2 weeks to be in place, and also three years referencing.
