JOB TITLE: Administrator
JOB TYPE: temp assignment
JOB DURATION: 3-6 months, may be longer
JOB HOURS: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day: Monday to Friday
JOB LOCATION: Bircham Newton - own car essential
JOB PAY: £12.80 per hour plus £1.55 per hour holiday pay
JOB NOTES: Once you're familiar with the IT system, you'll be able to work from home 2 or 3 days per week if you want to

Your new role
Your job will be to provide admin support to the team, collating documentation and adding to the database as they pull together the necessary evidence for ISO and other 3rd party accreditation. The team works 7 hours per day around core hours of 10am - 3pm so that means as long as you work 7 hours, you can start and finish at whatever time suits you best.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for an experienced administrator who can start quickly as there's an urgent need for extra admin help in the team. You'll be confident on Word and Excel and have strong communication skills both when writing emails and when communicating with your colleagues over the telephone.
Public transport doesn't serve the company location so you will need to have your own transport.
