Hales Group are seeking a Administrator to join our client in Great Yarmouth. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, contributing to the seamless operation of their daily business activities.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute morning briefings for equipment scheduled for hire.
- Conduct daily meetings with management.
- Generate and send out quotations to clients.
- Generate purchase orders and send to relevant people.
- Manage records of employee absences, including holidays and sickness.
- Update the weekly absence log and share it with relevant parties.
- Procure and oversee the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Manage training documentation, scheduling renewals as needed.
- Maintain various records and documentation including stationery orders, calibration records, accident reports, contract paperwork, archive records, ISO documentation, and Achilles certification.
The successful Administrator will have demonstrable experience of the following:
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Sufficient in using Word & Excel
- Works well under pressure
- Natural ability in being organised and efficient
HOURS : Full-Time
DURATION: Permanent
LOCATION: Great Yarmouth
PAY RATE: £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus
