As an Administrator/ Analyst, you will handle financial tasks, analyze data, manage orders and invoices, and strengthen relationships with vendors to boost business expansion through teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, error checks, data validation and format conditioning, to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, optimize procurement processes and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
- Audit and validate carrier invoices in line with the contractual agreements.
- Ensure timely and precise completion of payroll tasks while addressing and resolving any related concerns promptly.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
You MUST have strong working knowledge of excel advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, error checks, data validation and format conditioning.*
- Proven experience providing strong administrative support independently and part of the team; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident IT skills including: MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (G-Mail, GoogleSheets, GoogleForms); ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with numbers and data on a daily basis.
- Strong communication skills, someone who collaborates effectively with internal and external Suppliers.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
