Manpower Recruitment are recruiting for a Full Time, Permanent Administration Assistant, for an established business in Standlake, near Witney.
Own car would be needed due to location.
The role is Monday-Friday and typical Office hours, working 40Hrs per week.
The salary is 23000- 26000pa depending on experience.
Main Duties
- Serving as the main point of contact
- Scheduling meetings and travel
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Creating a general workflow
The Ideal Candidate will-
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have knowledge of accounts packages such as SAGE
- Have the ability to solve problems within a busy office environment
- Strive in excellent Communication skills written and Verbal
- Have experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
