Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based employer in their search for a Temporary Administrator.

12 weeks

Asap start

£12-13.24 per hour

Full time, M-F, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid offered

Key duties will include:

• Creating and maintaining team administration
• Filing, faxing, copying, typing, etc.)
• Answering phones
• Keeping all department records up to date
• Formatting documents and typing correspondence
• Occasional out of hours working

The ideal candidate should:

• Have 1st class customer service/communication skills
• Be a team player, flexible and friendly with empathy
• Have a proven track record in administration
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with all work
