Our well-established client based in Brockworth, Gloucester is currently recruiting for a new Receptionist. This job will be initially on a temporary basis to cover whilst the client recruits permanently. It could lead to permanent for the right candidate if desired. Duties:
- General reception responsibilities - meeting and greeting, organising refreshments and lunches
- Telephone answering responsibility - answering the main phone line and dealing with queries
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the finance management team to optimize workflow
- Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information
- Processing suppliers invoices ready for payment
- Liaising with staff about invoices
- Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments
- Supplies ordering
- Miscellaneous admin duties for the wider team
- Providing cover and support to the wider team and site as and when needed
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
- Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date.
