Job description

We are looking for a really efficient, well organised, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude to support our Senior Leadership team with the management of the busy school calendar, overseeing events and scheduling planned absences. The role is 5 days a week during term time.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate a proactive approach and show initiative for planning and prioritising work. You must be professional at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of confidence to coordinate all aspects of the role, providing high quality administrative, organisational and project management/event management expertise, alongside a practical can-do attitude and real attention to detail.

Previous experience of working in a school would be beneficial.
