Description: Operations & Logistics Co–ordinator
Job Purpose: To offer support for Recruitment Consultants placing personnel offshore within the busy energy sector, by providing executive level administrative support.
9–5 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
35 Hour week, 25 days Holiday + Pension and Health care
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage inbox within outlook. This will be incoming emails from clients, candidates referencing travel, contract approvals, certification. Facilitate travel and booking of courses Managing personnel availability who are starting projects or when coming off projects. Availability of personnel and ensuring files reflect this in real time. Management of personnel within an excel spreadsheet Ensuring all personnel have contracts and in date certifications. Sending contracts and ensuring these are done in a timely manner. Full training given. Managing CV pool and registration of new candidates within CRM. Basic Visas support to candidates eg; sending passport details to clients or embassy Validation of Certificates. Completing bespoke Client Forms CV Formatting Any other reasonable duties
Preferred Qualifications
Experience of working in an office environment. Good MS office skills Must have good attention to detail Must be able to work autonomously and also within a close team
Salary : 25,000 – 27,000 Per annum for 35 hour working week.
