Main responsibilities
- Support in overseeing offshore bookkeepers, including updating their task schedules and ensuring adherence to budget constraints
- Review and organise VAT returns
- Coordinate with personal assistants regarding scheduling year-end account bookings
- Provide assistance with bookkeeping tasks as needed during peak periods
- Guarantee timely completion of tasks and effective planning to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Holds AAT certification or possesses equivalent experience
- Experienced in practice settings
- Demonstrates a robust grasp of accounting and tax concepts and can effectively train others
- Certified in Xero with proficiency in preparing VAT returns
