We have a great opportunity for a Client Money & Assets Protection (“CAP”) Compliance subject matter expert, to join our established Markets & Securities Services Compliance team. You’ll support the Head of Client Asset Protection, serving as a CASS Risk Steward, supporting the business through appropriate advice, risk identification and assessment to determine appropriate solutions and generally mitigate the Bank’s regulatory risk. You’ll be contributing your existing expertise to support a truly global bank whilst gaining skills and experience in in high growth areas such as digital assets, and FSCS compliance,

In this role, you will:
• Help coordinate and deliver detailed technical guidance and advice to ensure that standards are in place across all UK regulated entities that are subject to the FCA CASS & FSCS/PRA Depositor Protection regulations.
• Analyse data to identify potential themes/risk for further review.
• Attend governance and product meetings to provide advice and challenge.
• Review and enhance CAP and business policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide advice to enable the business to implement changes and operate in a compliant and controlled manner.
