Our client, a top tier consulting firm requires a Risk Advisory, Ethics & Compliance Manager to join their team. Part of a small team leading a new and exciting offer for their clients, this is an exciting opportunity and the chance to be part of something embryonic.
The Role
This role is part of a London-based team, though you can be based anywhere in the UK and work remotely. Reporting directly to the Risk Advisory, Ethics and Compliance Lead for this division in the UK, you will be responsible for client delivery across a range of exciting global clients. Deliverables will include:
- Using cultural assessment tools to assess organisational culture and risk culture
- Reviewing and evaluating ethics and culture frameworks, strategies and policies
- Conducting leadership interviews and focus groups
- Doing data analysis using power BI (power BI experience not necessary)
- Making observations and recommendations and reporting back to senior management
- Business development activities, as well as client delivery
The Person
You will be:
- Experienced in Risk Advisory, Ethics and Compliance and will come from a consultancy or inhouse background.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be an engaging personality type.
