As EDI & Wellbeing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in you will be working within the EDI team, supporting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. You'll support internal and external activities, monitoring projects and working across the business with many different people.
Additional Responsibilities:
- This is a varied role which includes a broad range of administrative duties to support the day-to-day work of the UKAEA People Department.
- You will specifically support the Head of EDI and Wellbeing and the EDI and wellbeing manager in setting up and embedding projects, activities and initiatives in this function.
- Your duties will include co-ordinating and reporting on progress of existing EDI and wellbeing plans, supporting benchmarking, surveys and audits.
- You'll also manage and monitor the budget and to raise purchase orders for expenditure.
- You'll organise and attend internal and external events, liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrable administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to cope with multiple tasks and priorities appropriately.
- Strong Organizational, people and time management skills.
- Experience using Database and Record Keeping Systems.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- A Levels or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent IT skills – Office 365, SharePoint, excel, publication tools, etc.
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills.
- It would be advantageous for the applicant to have an interest in Inclusion and wellbeing.
