Administrator required for a recently formed business based in Gloucester, GL3, paying up to 15 ph working between 30-40 hours per week.
Our client is a family run business based in Gloucester that our looking for someone who can take control of the office functions allowing the owners and engineers to focus on growing the business. The role is something you can develop for yourself and implement systems and procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As Administrator for this business your will be responsible for the following duties:
sending out invoices and ensuring payment is received
having an overview of the jobs that they are undertaking and the status of the jobs
organise the engineers and their diaries
send out general correspondence by email or by post
answer and deal with incoming calls
All you will need to be considered is:
previous office experience
confident and outgoing personality
happy to work alone at times
excellent PC skills
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00 and our client is offering some flexibility with regards to the number of hours worked but it must be at least 30, with 40 being the maximum. Standard benefits packing to include 28 days holiday, pension, free parking.
