Our Client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Compliance Co-ordinator to join their Compliance team. This pivotal role involves providing administrative and co-ordination support for the three departments within the Compliance team: Learning & Development, Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities, and Quality & Technical Departments. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high degree of organizational ability and adaptability.
Purpose:
The Compliance Co-ordinator will engage in various activities, including but not limited to:
- New Subcontractor Onboarding
- Allocation, Monitoring & Reporting on training requirements
- Assistance with material creation & distribution
- Administration of Leadership & Management qualifications
- Co-ordinating Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities Service requirements
- Departmental data entry & reporting (Quality check sheets, incident stats)
- Raising and closing purchase orders
- Booking third-party contractors for site attendance
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in-house systems
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Basic numeracy skills
- Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working effectively independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-manage, working without supervision, as well as collaboratively with others
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with other departments and third parties
